  • @debilov40 says:

    Does freezing make a difference?

  • @Kayte... says:

    How about adding V-C powder?

  • @xperience-evolution says:

Is making a smoothie in a vacuum an advantage?
Air makes many compounds oxidize but is there any research about it?

  • @patrick-louisvincent4360 says:

After listening to one of your previous videos on this issue, I continue to blend bananas and blueberries in my smoothie. However, I add a whole lemon and an orange. We all know that a few drops of lemon on an avocado prevents it from oxidizing. So a whole lemon should do the trick. I’m also thinking of adding some Micro-C (a mixture of magnesium and calcium ascorbate). What do you think?

    • @hifartingoctopuss says:

You don’t know until you put it to the test.

Even if ur smoothie isn’t theoretically the most optimum berry smoothie, it’s still better than a milkshake!

  • @katrinam9837 says:

Can I throw a banana in the microwave for a minute before I put it in my oatmeal? Although, If it has to get to the temperature of tea (my teapot says 212), that may fry the banana.

  • @tevaanik says:

So basically, NO chocolate Nana ice cream because it has no benefits only to make us happy because we eat something with chocolate? 😅 So we are fooling ourselves then, lolol. I will try the lime 🍋 when I do my berries smoothies. I want all of that nutrition not going to waste.

  • @suzannec.6468 says:

I’ve started adding a kiwi to my banana, blue berry smoothie, hoping that will help.

  • @BCB458 says:

I enjoy the flavor and texture of bananas in my breakfast smoothie. Nothing compares. I cook the bananas, then pop them in the frig the night before they will be used in my breakfast smoothie. This seems to be a simple solution to the issue.

  • @dianeladico1769 says:

For all those who love their smoothies, I’m glad you do, I just don’t get it.

  • @loishassell1290 says:

This is interesting, but I feel like you are referencing charts that we aren’t seeing because it’s just audio.
