    I wonder if the opposite would do anything similar – head higher than feet (called incline bed therapy)? It is supposed to increase circulation also and would be better for people with acid reflux. Any thoughts? I would love a video on this if there is any research on it! I have heard a lot of anecdotal success stories from the inventor Andrew Fletcher.
