    It’s no doubt mentioned elsewhere, but too many animal foods and saturated fat have got to slow a person down. I mean, just look at the blood. You can thin it out or you can thicken it depending on what you eat. Who can run on motor oil moving through the veins compared to high octane premium unleaded?

    I, for one, can’t move as well after heavy meals. It’s a gross feeling.

      To each their own. Issue with pescatarians is the damage it does to the ocean and the heavy metals in fish. I just supplement DHA as a vegan, so I miss out on nothing. These make a strong enough case for vegan over pesci, in my opinion.
