Not worth it at all. Depletes CoQ10 for one.

Organic Ceylon is what you want. The common Cassius version can be harmful in high or moderate doses though it’s possibly ok as a spice in very small quantities.

Yep, resveratrol is pure crap IMO.
Your audio sounds a bit distorted
The USA almost exclusively uses Cassia cinnamon in powder form. The Ceylon also called Mexican, where it was originally found, comes in stick form. It is never processed into powder. You extract the true cinnamon by boiling it like tea.
