    Many healthy food looks actually delicious. I really like eggs with sriracha. But the word “sweet” gives an unpleasant feelings about this. Does this person actually hate eggs with sriracha and eat it despite real cravings? Or the person bullies people, who actually eat something sweet?

    Both snacks look really good but confused why anyone would say egg whites siracha and avocado is a “sweet treat”? Reeks of disordered eating content. Hate when they gas light people, just say its a yummy post workout snack.

    Eggs or cottage cheese (or both) or ground beef with avocado and Melinda’s siracha is my favorite meal.

    I’ve seen the comments, saying this is untrue. People need to stop spreading lies. Unless you’re trying to lose weight. Fats are essential for muscle recovery. Healthy fats aid in:
    Anti-inflammatory properties: Healthy fats can help reduce inflammation, which can aid in recovery.
    Energy source: Fats are an important source of energy during the recovery process
    Hormone production: Fats help with hormone production.
    Oxygen transportation: Fats help transport oxygen throughout the body, which can help decrease lactic acid.
    Immune system: Fats can help enhance the immune system.
    Speaking from personal experience, as someone who used to lift weights. A high protein, post workout snack with healthy fats. Was like rocket fuel for my body. It took my performance from basic, to peak performance. I gained more muscle, I had more stamina and better overall health. It was definitely the catalyst I needed to perform my best. A post workout snack should contain healthy fats, protein, and carbohydrates. ❤️
