“Ton of tomatoes “ – too much diddling??

  • Daniel Nair says:

I need to buy one of those massive pasta bowls! And that seed mix and adding lentils to sauce is a clever idea..I’ll be doing that tomorrow…once again..thank you!

    • Simnett Nutrition says:

      No problem man!

    • Marianne Kiss says:

This is exactly what I was looking for! My protein levels have been low. Red lentils to pasta sauce. Mind. Blown!

    • Daniel Nair says:

@Marianne Kiss I buy Vegan protein powder(check if it is heavy metal free certified) and add a spoon or two to my oats or cereal every morning along with all the berries and seeds/nuts.

  • AJ says:

Thank you for staying vegan. I’m tired of all these “no longer vegan” videos, so your channel is like an old friend I can always rely on.

  • Love + Fandom with Cheryl Muir says:

Love the day-in-the-life videos! Always get so many ideas of things to add to my routine. Thank you for the consistently honest, authentic, informative, brilliant content 🙂

  • Leftand210 says:

I literally stopped the video and to the kitchen and made cinnamon raisin toast, with extra chunky peanut butter, half a banana, cinnamon and hemp seeds for dinner. Sooo good. Thank you for sharing. I’m going to try the lentils in pasta for next weeks dinner

  • James Walshe says:

Simnett’s videos never fail to make me feel positive about the world 🙂

  • Sarah Taylor says:

I’m not even vegan and I love watching these videos. It makes me want to add some vegan meals into my diet! And you guys personalities truly shine in the videos, seem like super sweet people!

  • Marilyn Dorie says:

I really liked this video! Been transitioning to a vegan diet while trying to educate myself on healthy balanced options and your recipes are perfect because I’m also looking to maintain fitness gains. Thanks!! Cheers from Toronto

  • Anna Maria Stone says:

I just made your lentil sauce for pasta, with a few variations, and it’s delicious. I used fresh onion, garlic, a bay leaf, and a pinch of cumin, cinnnamon and turmeric, salt, black pepper and one dried small hot pepper. For veggies I added mushrooms and frozen spinach.
Can’t wait to try it again with other variations.
I also made the nut topping just like you did, but for some reason it turned out damp. Tastes great anyway. Thank you!

  • Azael "El Perro" Rodriguez says:

I am starting my vegan diet in the next 3 days and have seen a good number of videos. Your video is the only one that has me excited about starting this new journey. The foods look so good. You also showed that you can look lean and strong with a plant based diet. Thank you !

Bro thank you, i was beginning to rage and put the video on 2x speed, i came here for meals not a vlog 😂💀

    • T1M says:

@hart just hover over like how u would skip and u can see the parts with food, the vlog style is what we come for, watch his other meal based videos or someone else

  • tasha says:

This guys energy and vibes just brighten up your day… THIS guy is a true gem in the fitness industry….

  • Di Silva says:

Absolutely loved your energy. Most definitely will prepare those amazing looking meals 🙏♥️

  • Mary Karen says:

Adding the lentils to the sauce is a great idea to kick up the protein! Will definitely keep that in mind.

  • Patricia Anne Tripp says:

A favourite in the height of tomato season, 1 3/4″ thick large Beefsteak slice on whole grain sprouted bread covered in homes and basil leafs … and a generous sprinkling of fresh ground black pepper, and a little salt.
Fried tomatoes over pasta also a treat.
For winter –spaghetti sauce, soups and veggie stews made with frozen tomatoes —best preservation of all those extra tomatoes—frozen taste so fresh vs canned tomatoes. Very yum!

  • Patricia Anne Tripp says:

This looks like a great way to cook tofu, mixed with black beans and corn — assume it’s firm tofu— though I might add some Bragg or Tiramasu for for flavour. Will be cooking this for sure! Fill a pita or had shell corn tacos or for nachos. Yum!

  • Talya Parker says:

Great video! All the meals look amazing! My Mom also adds red lentils to pasta sauce… didn’t know anyone else did that! 😎
