Forst of all, what time do you start having your breakfast if you are eating lunch and dinner? Also, it is very true that eating high protein meals does get me very full and not want to snack. I ate hug protein foods just the other day and I skipped out on dinner. Girl! I was so full and I lost some ounces the next day 😂 Love you so much Mayra! You are so awesome! ❤❤

      So many people have been having this issue with her last 4-5 videos either on the phone, computer &/or TV. But she’s not addressing it. If it’s many people having this issue then the issue is at her end.

      @@SS-in1ts no, it’s the newest iPhone 🤷🏻‍♀️I watch a lot of YouTube channels. This one is the only one I have this issue. I’ve seen other people with similar complaints. I don’t mind turning it up but I hate being blasted by the commercials in my earbuds. Not sure what to do.

    My nutritionist called this “my template”. When I see the scale jump up or I know I’ve been eating off plan, she always says “go back to your template”. That includes foods I chose and love, with about 3 different variations of each meal and snack type, but no matter which ones I choose the “template” works. It isn’t exciting, but never fails to get me back into my comfort zone on the scale.
