    I love your what I eat in a day videos- gives me ideas to try that are simple and yummy. Consistently meal prepping has been a struggle for me. My goal for 2024 is have a routine down for meal prepping each week. I want to be on top of this for me and my kids, having more consistency and less stress around food.
