    Love your videos. I weigh over 300lbs. I have severe osteoarthritis and no cartilage in either knee. I also have rickets which have caused my legs to be badly deformed. I cant stand or walk on my own. I try to do some seated exercises. I have chronic depression. That definitely doesn’t help any.
    I just wanted to thank you for helping me and others. Blessings ❀

    I love cottage cheese with a bunch of herbs and spices as a dip with cucumbers as a snack

    I also started making zucchini chips instead of potato. Sliced really thin, sprinkle with garlic powder and nutritional yeast and air fried. Much healthier than potato chips!
