    Last video you said it makes more sense to take NA/NAM instead of more expensive NR or NMN since it turns into NA anyway.
    Does that mean they’ll be just as unsafe too?

    Dr. Bert Berkson used ALA to help cancel 75 out of 79 scheduled liver transplants fyi. (Pretty sure it was IV, however, today we have liposomal ALA so there’s that.)
