Last video you said it makes more sense to take NA/NAM instead of more expensive NR or NMN since it turns into NA anyway.
Does that mean they’ll be just as unsafe too?
That would explain why NMN is current so in favour

Anytime I take niacin/NMN, I get a weird disassociated feeling after a couple days. 🤷♂️
