TVP is textured vegetable protein. It’s usually dehydrated soy protein

@Cream_CurdlR any form of vegan protein. Tofu, tempeh, lentils, beans, vegan meat etc.. it might change the texture, since TVP has a ground meat texture, but if it’s just the protein you want, use what you like.

Can I use soy curls or extra firm tofu in place of the TVP?
@gailgrieco1781 yes. It will have a different texture, but those are great protein sources. TVP mimics the ground meat texture.

Oh i wish i can cook or would care about cooking. I rarely get any protein and my body suffers tremendously. My skin got from plump, firm and youthful to so thin wrinkly and dull im sooo sad it hurts me so much and doesnt help my 30yrs of depression. I eat once a day and only veggies, barely any protein. My urea in the blood is so low – this shows protein in the diet. I just need a man like you coz i will never cook. I hate the kitchen lol
