Works for me. Eat from 9:00 am end at 3:00 pm. It works for me. Lost 70 lbs. keeping it off. Got off diabetes drugs. Happy lady. Donβt do extended fasts. Eat high fat, low carb.

@ I started when COVID hit because I retired from work the same time. I had already begun reading Dr. Jason Fungβs book/s & then had time to research other stuff & did. Every one is different & doing what works for you canβt be disputed, I do not have to cook for anyone else so that makes it much easier.
Truth! I have watched you for years. I fast for 17 hours. The first couple of days feel a little bad, then you adjust and I lost thirty pounds that I gained over 2020. Just by intermittent fasting I am EASILY able to keep those 30 lbs off!! It works!

I do an 18/6 fast – usually eat between 11 and 5. Yesterday had an omelet and 2 homemade sausage pattyβs and had no other meals (just a 1/4 c of cashews)

I do a fast the 16/8, as soon as dinner is over until lunch. ( approximately 7 -12) I eat from 12-6ish I have lost 10 lbs I drink lots of water and dont have snacks mostly just 2 meals. It makes me feel very good, less bloated and more mentally clear. I am also off sugar though, lower carb and most processed high carbs. I switched coffee to decaf with cream and a cinnamon stick, whip cream. Good job to your daughter! Thanks for all you love and help!

Iβm on day 8. 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window.
I eat an avocado, chicken, eggs, cheese, bacon & spinach. Apple cider vinegar water and chia seeds. 4:19
Weight started at 156 and today I weighed 147.
I know itβs water weight but Iβll keep at it.

I usually don’t eat until around 2 or 3 pm and that is a bowl of whole grain cereal or snack on nuts. Then I have dinner with a pure protein drink. After dinner I might have a protein bar. I drink lots of water and green tea. Don’t eat sugar but use stevia. Don’t drink sodas, juice, coffee maybe once a week or every two weeks and that is only one cup. I drink unsweetened almond milk. I’ve lost 18 pounds so far. Most of the time I eat one meal a day. Even as a child I didn’t want breakfast. I only eat when I’m hungry. I needed to lose weight and didn’t know I had lost weight until the doctor told me. High protein, good fat and no dairy is mostly my diet. I do eat chicken and tuna. Love veggies too. No starch if I can help it.

Do you drink black coffee? Or do you wait until 2 or 3 pm and then have it with cream? Coffee is so hard for me to let go of
