Oh shiiiit, so here for this collab! Two of my favorite creators 😍
You’re both so reassuring and comforting, as weird as it may sound.

  • @natalielloyd9200 says:

Hey Abbey, amazing interview, loved it so much! Just flagging the music in your pre-outro talking at the end? Not sure if two tracks lauered on top of each other but it was so messy i could barely focus on what you were saying. Otherwise amazing, thank you for all you do!

  • @Bmaessg says:

Thanks! I count on you both to keep me from going wacky in the food youtube soup

  • @jeremyacevedo6579 says:

Hi, Abbey! I would love for you to review Jeremy Either’s content on eating and diet 🙏🏼 😁

  • @thesupremediva says:

Can we ask you to directly respond to Callie and Casey Means, and the book Good Energy that is basically the Bible of the MAHA movement?

  • @aamatista7820 says:

    Super interesting episode!

  • @ValtronW says:

I think you should make the last 10 minutes of this video into a separate video. I would absolutely send it to certain family members.

  • @GabbyPeterson17 says:

OMG the constant BS about seed oils and popularization of animal-based diets is driving me insane. SO MUCH MISINFORMATION!

  • @thanley says:

Could you please do a video about the ridiculousness of comments under anything to do with food. Like someone makes a recipe post, and all you see in the comments are people saying ‘omg why are you cooking with that? It’ll give you cancer!” Like, dude youre wrong, but also theyre not forcing you to make it, chill.

  • @emotionalreader3529 says:

Hahaha he’s needs a heads up what a quick fire question is 😂

    Great information though

  • @cjtorres5917 says:

Thank you for this. I’m am legit terrified of the total inability of most people to understand basic causal relationships, or to have even the slightest idea of how misinformed they are. I’m a Yank and y’all saw what just happened here. (Not saying it was just ignorance and inability to think, because of course there’s also the misogynoir factor.)

  • @arica1798 says:

Too much of anything is bad, isn’t that true?😊

  • @rachelreynolds0430 says:

i wish Bite Back was a separate YouTube channel..notifications and titles seem to have no inidcator of what it is. i enjoy many of Abbey’s vids. i enjoy podcasts. but i prefer to know what i’m getting into before i click play

    • @tianamarie989 says:

I mean it’s literally within the first few seconds you see it’s a bite back episode, just don’t watch it.

  • @annawitter5161 says:

Quackery is a good word for it😂😂 what do you get if you cross a duck 🦆 with a 🐄? A cweam cwacker!!😂😂

  • @rcs3681 says:

Such a good discussion!! Love how they emphasised that people have a tendency of conflating reasoning. On that note, basically DON’T LISTEN to Glucose Goddess, Bobby Parrish, Dr Gunther, Dr Berg, Paul Saladino, Liver King, and anyone that talks about “hormone balancing”, “cortisol face” or preaches avoiding seed oils, nitpicking on toxins and ingredients, eat beef/butter, avoid vegetables, avoid carbs. My only contention is that we should reduce eating ultraprocessed foods.

  • @katelynmac5989 says:

I feel like maybe we’re missing the point with some of these diets. For example Paul Saladino and the animal based diet. If you actually listen to him he’s not advocating for everyone to follow this diet. Just that people who have autoimmune disorders can find that these diets exponentially help their symptoms and flare ups. Not sure what’s so wrong with following a diet that makes you feel good if you’ve been sick for a long long time due to seed oils/certain veggies. Often times we can use these as elimination diets until you feel good and then slowly start reintroducing foods 🤷‍♀️

    Dr Idz 💙

  • @Cliodhna-z1i says:

As always Abbey you are a very intelligent and eloquent person. I appreciate with my entire heart the help you and the doctor you invited, because it does confirm the information from my dietician and other specialists I have been to, like a colorectal surgeon etc… I say this because you also help with people like me that used to have panic attacks because of this very subject so you’re always valuable and so helpful with everything you do. Wishing all the health and tranquility you deserve. Thank you <3
