OMG A MINUTE AGO? Firstt ❤
Yeah, I don’t believe that an app can tell me anything useful by just looking at a photo.
I’m trying to figure out how more is always better… but also to keep body goals.
exercice lol
Lets say you wanna eat cereal for breakfast
More doesn’t mean eat more of those. More means make your current meal more nutritious by adding berries, almonds, oatmeal, turkey slices, chicken sausage, etc.
But by adding those foods, you wanna decrease the lesser nutritious stuff. So instead of having an entire bowl of cereal, make the portion to half, and the other half can contain berries, almonds, more milk, etc.
Or for example, you add more veggies to get more fiber and eat your veggies, then protein, then carbs and stop once you’re satiated since you will become more full as you progress to the less nutritious foods
Im not disagreeable to the Hunger Crushing Combos, satiated is amazing. But calories deficit and consume more seems like a challenging balance. I’ll eat the cookie and start again each day… I’ll break up the pasta with more vegetables. Skip the added butter when I’m content without.
@ I get that it’s more from a calorie perspective. Skip the maple syrup and have berries instead (add sweet, volume and fiber)
