    I will say – I personally LOVE the ESN branded protein bars. Theyre my favourite ever. I’ve personally never had GI distress from it and I find the taste perfect. It’s a nice treat for me, a smarter one than a regular candy bar. But, interesting to learn about the ingredients and how it could affect others.

    I actually do well with these specific protein bars, but it depends on the person of course. If you are sensitive to fructose, then it might pay off to avoid sucralose. It is a huge stressor for the body, since it is converted into mostly fructose, once absorbed
