I get up 4 days a week and work out, cardio and weights 45 minutes. I treat myself to a 2 mile weekend slow run or fast walk. All this makes me feel good when I can go up and down steps without pain.

Thanks for asking! I like to start at 1- or 2-pound dumbbells for people who have never worked out before, then move up to 5 or 10 pounds if youβre someone used to lifting weights. πͺπΈ
Hi .. I found your shorts on utube about a month ago .. subscribed to your channel and I love the workouts on your channel .. I try to do every other day .. the time limit is perfect for the exercises thank you β€
Love your workouts, can I give you some pointers on your video,I know most people don’t like a lot of talky talk they just want to get to it. For some just starting out it would be good for you to talk is through it example ok we’re going from single weight next doing lateral wit a weight in each hand then over head with single weight. Just a thought. No offense
