What can we use to cook our food if not in seed oils? Please suggest healthy alternatives
Butter, avocado oil
Ghee, also, for higher heat stir fry cooking.
Ghee, and tallow
I mix avocado oil and a little ghee for stir frying.
And avocado oil for baking.

They didn’t use to put sugar or seed oils in bread. It’s not what it used to be.

“Free” low carb food list appears to be an email you receive with a “Link” to the list, which is an endless array of popups asking (After you’ve already provided it!) for email & Name while bombarding you with sales pitches. Never found the list. From useful follow to scammy with growth of subscribers. Unfortunate.

Video Request- Test blood sugar levels having protein powder drink with a banana to see how much lower your blood sugar would be compared to just a banana. Then test a health fat like avocado to see if adding fat is better than adding the protein to the banana
