So wonderful to see you guys together I always love these programs thank you for all that you have done for a lot of people in their lives concerning weight control. Gained a little bit over the holidays added back a little bit of sugar but getting back on track did not wait till the first of the year started right after Christmas dinner!! Highly recommend your book I have given it away to friends and they are doing wonderful in victory is just around the corner!!!!

I am so glad you brought up drinking water first thing in the morning. I started doing this consistently after your first video. I really feel that it has worked. Other benefit, I feel more hydrated. I know that my body is absorbing 500 ml of water plus a couple cups of coffee, because I don’t urinate sooner than 2 hours after drinking. Can actually set the clock. I found that VERY interesting. Also, I have found both of you to have the kindest delivery of the low/carb/keto channels. I always check in, even after 3 yrs. I have found you to be spot on with your message.

Great to see Keith looking and sounding so well. I don’t like cold showers but I live in an area where it’s 3 degrees centigrade outside, so when I go for a walk I can take my hat off for a few minutes, and my bald head will probably absorb as much cold as a cold shower. I love coffee and have researched it, and it certainly is good for you. I try to keep my protein intake up at every meal and I drink zero alcohol, so sleep better overall than the average drinker. Happy New Year.
Last winter, Keith would walk around the block in a t-shirt (no coat) to take advantage of the early morning chilly air. I will have to remind him to start that back up again…I’ll stay home :). Happy New Year!
