Thank you so much for all your recipes and your science facts. I enjoy your videos and I have been recommending it to some of my friends, you make science so easy to understand. I really wish I could be able to buy your protein in Canada 🤞 maybe one day.

This is the I always find a way by Autumn Bates video. Cool and collected! The bread is a great find for USA AEN Peeps. Thank you Autumn and Sage! 🫐🙌❤️🇨🇦

Almost the same way, I have made strawberry and blackberry jam. I use fresh fruit since I follow a seasonal approach to either fruit or vegetables and I guarantee you it works with fresh as well. There must be a bag of frozen strawberries and cherries somewhere in my dad’s freezer, as well. Instead of chia seeds, I use flax seeds, and this also works. The best thing is that it’s super easy to make and the end product is by a large margin healthier than store-bought jams where sugar is added. P.S. momma Autumn, Sage has to be in the spotlight :).

Looks yummy, I’d be using Carbonought Seed bread. Very low carb and very good tasting. Toasted, of course.

Yes to Ceylon cinnamon which helps to manage blood sugar. (Not what you get in the grocery store.)

Thrive isn’t really available in Canada, and we don’t have anything similar as far as I know.

I love the jam idea! Thanks

  • @jancraddoc8255 says:

Looks great! I do wish you would put the calorie count on your recipes.

  • @reneemurdock2174 says:

Looks good! I’ve also enjoyed your protein pancakes with yogurt & blueberries! I use Krusteaz protein pancakes & semi thawed frozen blueberries with my oikos triple zero yogurt. I also cook several servings of pancakes at a time & freeze them for easy use next time. Thx Autumn!

You should get a toaster that has a frozen button. You keep your temperature set to what you like for defrosted bread and then just click the button and it figures out the rest.

  • @janiec5185 says:

Thanks for the fast easy recipe idea! What do you think of Ezekiel bread?

  • @herbandspicekitchen says:

That’s a great blueberry jam, love the bread wish I could find one like that in the UK. 💕

  • @joyce10309 says:

That looks sooo good! And i love that brand of cottage cheese. Its so creamy with no after taste. I am going to have to try this thank you autumn for your amazing ideas!

  • @terrywalker7115 says:

Ok Autumn that’s a great idea for breakfast. I’m still obsessed with your protein waffles umm. I haven’t had bread in at least 9 months. I think I will give this a try. Thanks Autumn. Oh yea question how long should the jam be refrigerated

  • @lynnreynolds1070 says:

I love your tip about using warmed up frozen berries to make meals jammier and sweeter, and this chia/berry jam idea takes things to the next level.

That breakfast looks as tasty as Sage thinks your hair is 😂

  • @netgear4232 says:

Thanks for another great tip/video. And I gotta say I am LOVING this “more casual” production style.
