Fasting is really good for d body it removes toxin in d body, burns fat and looks younger. Tips: always think food is just there u can grab or make anytime, make urself busy, donโt listen to ur stomach, donโt think u r hungry, think u can eat later, drink water makes u feel full, think d good benefits of fasting and u will never notice time passed by n itโs eating time!
