Thanks doc. This is very interesting. I shall have to listen to it again in the morning, to properly take it in 😁
My grandmother used to take it for leg cramps. I was so young, if memory serves me right it was tonic water.
yup I relied on it as a teen – night cramps from growing pains
Absolutely Fascinating
Thank you!

Interesting
Suppressing hunger is for losers – why do it? If you’re trying to lose weight just eat normally and it’ll work. If you need a boost, ride your bike a bit more. It’s working for me.
Congratulations, your method works for you. Here’s a cookie. News flash: weight loss works differently for everyone. Suppressing hunger is very important for people who eat too much. Exercise is only one component. What you eat or don’t eat is way more impactful for losing weight.
what’s your definition of normal foods you’re eating?

If you like tonic water then check the ingredients. It can have lots of added sugar and preservatives 🤢
Thanks
Where is the video on the downside of quinine, please? I can’t find it on Dr Greger’s website.
Might bitter cocoa work? Any evidence in that? Coffe? ARUGULA?! I’m starting to be convinced that arugula is about the healthiest thing you can eat
I’m not a fan of super short videos. How about grouping a few of these into one video?
Does the sodium in tonic water impact bp or heart disease?
I love tonic water, but it does a number on my bladder.
