Can we just pour Orange juice all over our skin? 😎Mighty be a bit Sticky though. 🥴
maybe put into castor oil? I’ll try it! Smells great too! 🙂
@@Jennifer-gr7hnno!
No! Orange juice is not just vitamin c… It has citric acid and a bunch of other acids.. so a big no… don’t do that .. it would irritate the hell out of your skin..
Orange juice also has essential oil.. they’re bad..and will make your skin photo sensitive
Lemon juice on a cotton ball?
Mix L-ascorbic acid with water, 1g per 10 ml.
And dont make too much because it expires quickly. When it goes brown then it means it has expired.
That is what I learned from the video @NutritionFactsOrg made about this.
More skincare videos please Dr. Greger 😁
There are products with over 20% of ascorbic acid – are they still good?
They’re probably even better!
Rub kiwi on your face daily
WE BEEN KNEW DOCTOR 😂

I started with a 10% solution about 3 months ago, and I am pretty happy about it.
