@@methylmercuryWhere, how much, what metals? Heavy metals in air might also be bad. I don’t know much about that, but I’m definitely not a fan of cadmium in chocolate.
And High Oxalate levels.
Seems the dutch processed is useful too if you don’t like the natural cocoa.

I want to have it regularly, but it’s just so bitter and requires significant sweetening, so all that added sugar is bad even though I use honey.
Boil a few dates and blend them, they’re good for you and so sweet
I love chocolate. =) I made a silken tofu chocolate pudding with date syrup for sweetness. Super yummy!
But any benefit you might get is immediately overwritten by the effects of heavy metal pollutants in cocoa like led, and Cadmium. This puts you in a worse condition than before.

@@kovy689 The metals are from exposure during processing. The studies implicate all chocolate brands. Some have a little less than others, but all are above the recommended limits per ounce of chocolate. Since hardly anyone ever eats just one serving, the exposure is often multiplied.
