    I want to have it regularly, but it’s just so bitter and requires significant sweetening, so all that added sugar is bad even though I use honey.

    But any benefit you might get is immediately overwritten by the effects of heavy metal pollutants in cocoa like led, and Cadmium. This puts you in a worse condition than before.
