Just ordered a walking board for under my standing desk! Hope that helps for middle of day! Thanks Autumn!

We were evolved to walk. several animals can run faster than we can, but nothing can walk further. It’s how we populated the planet. It’s low-impact and easy. I’m older and cannot stand still for long without wanting to sit down. But I can walk forever.

Just about to head out on my morning run!
Thanks autumn, I’ll have to incorporate a morning walk on my non-running days

I love walking! I do it most mornings but usually after my workout. Always fasted, though! I listen to books or podcasts while walking. Usually two to four miles. Usually take another walk after dinner. It helps my mental health as much as physical!

I walk my dog every morning at 7AM for 30 minutes. Definitely helps everyway. I also do it at 3pm. Helps energy in my mind and body get a step up.

I walk with neighbors most mornings. We have walked together for over 12 years. I count these women and the walk among my blessings. We live in the PNW and walk rain or shine; we are lucky that we live in the woods and don’t have traffic to worry about. 😊
