    Thank you for this!❤

  • @jesssealey6552 says:

I’d really like to see more videos on Creatine, Fibre Supplementation, Gastrointestinal effects on processing calories, more diet-free weightloss tips and protein sources, should there have been new studies conducted since your last videos on these subjects. Thank you for your science and sass content.

    • @jonap5740 says:

Agree. I’d really like to go past hummus and veggies, cottage cheese, apple and nut butter, or eggs as sources of protein. Have any good bean dips instead of hummus? And a video on what to pack for long car trips that’s satiating.

  • @redsnapper9410 says:

    Thank you!

  • @Merope4ever says:

Thank you, Abbey. I am never going to be afraid of fruit juices again. Your channel is doing so much to save my sanity. Thank you.

    • @katymello3547 says:

Fruit juices are not really good for you unless they have no additives and are extremely fresh.

    • @Merope4ever says:

      @katymello3547

“Good for you” is not a black and white thing. It’s a spectrum. And I don’t plan to let other people guilt trip me, fearmonger me, blackmail me or anything like that. I will consume what I think works for me in my situation. I will pick what is relatively healthy, but doesn’t feel like torture. And if it feels like somebody is trying to make me follow their rules, I will defend myself.

  • @rachelh1289 says:

Thank you ❤ You really help free people ❤

  • @tdean5840 says:

So why do you think colorectal cancer rates have gone up so much in recent years?

  • @OMGitsaClaire says:

This is definitely not an absolute equivalency, but I went from making loaded baked potatoes (cheese, bacon, butter, sour cream) to broccoli cheese baked potatoes (steamed broccoli, cheese, butter, and plain Greek yogurt). I honestly find it way more filling.

  • @themagicknightress7132 says:

Ok but what about 2 oz of deli turkey for lunch every work day and a can of soda every day?
