Folks, do not eat high carb diet if you are a fat mofo like me who hasn’t exercised in ages. High carb intake can only be realistically maintained by having a fit lifestyle as shown by this channel’s owner. Just check out his fitness level… off the charts.

removing alcohol is much more important than most people realize. Even one glass sometimes will harm you.

I do better with a bit of alcohol. One glass a day had been excellent for my insulin sensitivity and reduced my fatty liver. I’ve been off alcohol for a long time now for “reasons” and for everything has got worse

Yes, I think that’s correct, to a point.
I follow a similar pattern (plant based with some fish). I recently did a glycan age test .(measures immune system age) it came back at 34 yo, Im 65. Aging(ai) put my biological age at 29. I may try a dna aging clock .. I have not so far because there is simply no life style or supplement stack I can take to improve it and I may get demotivated. I “could” eliminate alcohol (3 or 4 a week) but as the man said “are you living forever or does it just feel like it” .. enjoy your channel … nice job stating so young ..
low albumine was found in +100 years old, so egg is bad , that’s my evident conclusion and not the study conclusion, because they are egg lovers biased. but now that you know, check out the most different treat biomarker is the shorter albumine. i ate no egg since age 21, i am 45 i’ve been WAY healthier than average.
the youtuber high intensity health got bad conclusions and the source is the study called “Blood biomarker profiles and exceptional longevity: comparison of centenarians and non-centenarians in a 35-year follow-up of the Swedish AMORIS cohort” . my conclusion is better. avoid egg.

Love how you realise individual biology leads to individual results. Indian people like me are very insulin resistant and would probably do best with low carb diets, however we are also often if not usually vegetarian! Usually what both plant based vs ketogenic diets have in common is the elimination or reduction of excessive ultra processed foods
technically it may be more than 12 years Siim bc id presume that 16 is the cutoff point
