    You mentioned something very important here. You will come across calorie counting individuals who are heavy on cardio, but absolute weaklings (because of muscle loss). Resistance / Strength training is the trick….lift some weights people! Build that muscle.

    I make homemade muffins and energy balls for a sweet treat with no flour except a tad almond flour and no sugar just some pure maple syrup. What’s your thoughts on just doing like one or two of these a day? I make these with clean ingredients like 4 or 5 ingredients. I just got to have a little something in moderation 😕
