Kelly keeping you big as hell

  • @samanthao6159 says:

Why so angry at her ? Are they even tips? Or just what SHE does

    • @tallulahraccoon3832 says:

She is promoting an unhealthy diet that leads to disordered eating. That’s known. If you don’t know this why are you acting like Kelly Ripa is attacked for no reason here? It’s critique on her unhealthy way of eating while promoting that to others as healthy. It’s not ok.

    • @xdEddie_Edgy says:

Because she’s promoting dangerous eating habits

    • @CGI_Andy says:

because the diet she promotes isn’t safe. she isn’t being attacked for no reason.

    • @lizziejoa says:

Her trainer is quoted in the article as saying, “every time you are hungry or going to put something in your body, it has to be something that will strengthen you from the inside out.” To me, that sounds like nutrition advice, and poor nutrition advice at that given that implies there is never a time to enjoy food that isn’t focused on its nutritional benefits

    • @samanthao6159 says:

Shouldnt the trainer be attacked not her? The trainer is the one being interviewed

  • @rebekahnewman3876 says:

Backlash over what someone else eats is ridiculous. She’s working with a nutritionist, and so should you if you genuinely want nutrition advice. People read articles about what celebrities eat because we’re nosy. It’s not to gain nutrition advice. And if you are gullible enough to want to start eating identically to someone else, that’s on you

    • @lesquichez says:

      Yikes

    • @lavenderoh says:

      How ignorant

    • @rebekahnewman3876 says:

@@lavenderoh so are obese people who post what I eat in a days promoting obesity? No they are not, they’re just showing what they eat. I fail to see how this is any different when a celebrity posts what they eat

    • @otsukaharu4501 says:

People look for guidance all the time. And exactly because these celebrities get advice from nutritionists, they are more likely to follow what these celebrities eat as well. Celebrities and influencers have a responsibility as role models which they can’t just put on people that they (literally) influence.

    • @lizziejoa says:

Her nutritionist’s advice in the article was “Every time you are hungry or going to put something in your body, it has to be something that will strengthen you from the inside out.” Does that sound like balanced nutrition advice? Or a slippery slope to orthorexia? Yes, lots of people post about their diets, and while they may not intend for people to follow them, they are literally called influencers. People have been copying the habits of celebrities for forever. Celebrities are at the center of most marketing and lifestyle trends. Whatever their intentions, you can’t be ignorant to the impact.

  • @danielleelizaharpz says:

I just ate pizza with ranch for lunch !
😅 who wants lessons from me ! lol

    • @rachelk2457 says:

Well you could add to that to make it healthier like veggies. But your food choices are ultimately yours. But I did love me some of that on my cheat days😁 ranch and pizza are a good combo😊 I would probably just eat a significant salad with it to get some of my potassium intake for the day😊

    • @danielleelizaharpz says:

@@rachelk2457 I don’t eat this everyday lol like never actually I was just being funny and relatable lol

    • @rachelk2457 says:

    • @andreakay31420 says:

Ranch with pizza is fire! I also add fresh spinach, arugula, and banana peppers then drizzle the ranch on top. It’s like a salad on pizza and really good!

  • @dim2120 says:

Kelley do be looking like skeletor most days so this tracks

  • @maddiemaccheese8170 says:

She once said she had a bowl of full fat greek yoghurt with pistachios and honey as her CHEAT DAY!!!! My mom and I were shook when we saw that episode 😅

  • @user-fc4xg5ym1t says:

Kelly Ripa is the kind of person you should be marketing your $65 protein powder to, be nice to her lol

  • @Lashlove16 says:

    Sorry I am not skinny
    I struggle with my weight
Kelly does not look healthy or pretty in my opinion. I would not want anyone following her standards in anyway

For those that want to attack me I did not say she is ugly . Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Let’s stop normalizing blonde/ stick thin / Caucasian as pretty. That’s what I was told and taught growing up . I am a minority ‘s minority. Always grew up being made fun of from everything from my name to my looks to my religion.

    • @dopex89 says:

Okay no need to be mean to her and go after her looks?

    • @dopex89 says:

@@Lashlove16 you said she is not pretty. I don’t see how you can deny it. Also I don’t see how insulting another woman is going to help your own struggle, or decrease the stigma of being overweight.

    • @lily5952 says:

@Lashlove16 as a fellow “big” person, there was no reason to go after her looks and say the woman isn’t pretty, other than just wanting to be petty. People have worth no matter their outer appearance. You should be able to understand that.

    • @Jonistar76 says:

Love, you’re beautiful. A scale is not capable of measuring that. Beauty also comes from within. Saying negative things about someone looks is not a good look. Deep breath, shoulders back, inhale and exhale and repeat after me “ I am beautiful, I am worthy, I deserve to be happy. I am beautiful.” 💕💕

    • @Veggead123 says:

      Well said

  • @amyparra1881 says:

    Ripa = Victoria Becks

I thought as you age you would not be so critical about a super lame boring diet. Spread your wings and mix it up in a healthy way. They have money to hire a nutritionist and personal chef.
God forbid avocados, steamed veggies, and whatever steamed protein are not on the rotation.

Heres whats up…. eat something different to “shock” your body to stimulate the metabolism!!! Continue your workouts. You’ll be fine.😊

  • @SnazzyArcade says:

Pretty ridiculous to get so heated about a woman eating healthy foods while defending a woman giving her one year old glazed donuts for breakfast. I know going after influencers etc. for eating avocados gets you clicks, but don’t act like you’d feed your kid Krispy Kreme’s with applesauce!

    • @polakulesza5579 says:

lmao you missed the whole point of what she says. She says that if your kid sometimes eats a donut for breakfast and it actually helps you in other way (you didn’t have much time that day or you’re extremely tired and your kid is throwing a tantrum over wanting to eat a donut for breakfast), while having a strict “healthy” diet every day ans second, while denying yourself any kind of treat is worse for your whole wellbeing. She isnt telling people to get their kid a donut every day like pls be fr

    • @awesomesauce3919 says:

@@polakulesza5579 It makes me wonder if ppl like @snazzyarcade who make these comments ever actually watch the videos they “critique” 😂

    • @SnazzyArcade says:

@@polakulesza5579 except that woman’s TikTok didn’t show that. She is ALWAYS feeding her kid awful foods and throws the plate in front of her daughter like she’s a dog. Like how hard is it to make peanut butter toast or cook some oatmeal?

Also, ALL medical and dietetic boards are VERY clear that infants and toddlers under the age of two should have NO sugar.

    • @Nunya-jw2dn says:

@@awesomesauce3919if you can’t see the difference between how Abbey talks about Amberlynn Reid vs how she talks about Kelly Ripa then you are as delusional as she is.

her hip snapped when she stepped down.

  • @hi_im_kai9111 says:

i appreciate calling out these diets, but it seems this dietitian only does so with restrictive disordered eating. with binging and obesity, the energy is totally different
