1 gr of this can sometimes make me tired so I use about half that. However, there is enough evidence that fluoride in toothpaste can prevent cavities, so I shall continue to use it. I do not wish to start a flurry of messaging about fluoride and refuse to read/respond to any fluoride comments. Dr Brad etc. has his own vid on this.

    Hydoxyapetite toothpaste?

  • @1956DANNYJ says:

    Cialis does the same thing

    • @user-ev7kk2vu3q says:

Not exactly. Cialis=tadalafil works by breaking the cycle of cGMP degradation by inhibiting PDE5. This doesn’t increase the initial production of NO, but rather amplifies and prolongs the signal that NO initiates by maintaining higher levels of cGMP. The entire pathway is dependent on the initial release of NO in response to a stimulus. Tadalafil essentially enhances the body’s natural response to NO.

High fat causes to blood cells stick together. When I did lw carb(high fat, high cholesterol) I felt like I had some paste in my veins instead of liquid it was insane..

  • @JABAIRIPTD says:

What’s the supplement that we can purchase to boost nitric oxide? Thank you

  • @1000BabyRage says:

40:24 bit of a bad argument. Authority based fallacy much? People can’t question something just because they don’t have a degree? Sounds like tyrannical gatekeeping industry insider talk.

  • @fyrerayne8882 says:

    For the toothpaste recommend hydroxyapatite.
For the mouthwash recommend a few drops of frankincense essential oil and lavender essential oil and a very small amount of sodium bicarbonate mixed into water just 3 times per week.
Eat healthy so you don’t get bad breath, reduces need for a mouthwash.

  • @KasKade7 says:

It’s all about the ingredients of the mouthwash. He keeps talking about moutwash being bad. Then tell me the ingredients? I have used a organic herb based mouthwash with Xylitol for years. Only noticed benefits!
