  • @pepsicolachery says:

of course. gotta promo the powder.

    • @jojo_nautin1958 says:

She didn’t. She just said you can use protein powder to get to the 20-35g of protein per meal and used her powder in the video. But by no means did she advise anyone to buy specifically HER protein powder, she didn’t even mention it was hers she’s using.

    • @mkg2124 says:

Bro, she never said it had to be HER protein powder.

  • @jeffmiller6025 says:

Your muscle-protein synthesis data is out of date. A recent study showed that folks could have (at least) as much as 100g/meal and loose none of the benefit. This doesn’t undermine your point, of course, but strengthens it, I think.

  • @Sophie-kn3gh says:

Okay but this is an ad for your protein power. That’s fine but wish you were upfront and disclosed this was an ad.

    • @breef.8599 says:

Frankly, I didn’t even notice until I cane to the comments. But it seems like you could use any brand of protein powder OR any of the other really great tips she gave toadd more protein in your diet. Idk why yall are so mad that SHE used HER OWN product in HER OWN video.

    • @Ryon-qy3jk says:

But she was telling the truth about protean!

    • @cynthia1795 says:

      Its still “important advice” ..smh

    • @wenchkins11 says:

@@breef.8599 Exactly! It would look weird if she showed different protein sources, including protein powder, and used a different brand other than her own! Why is everyone so nitpicky these days lol ??

  • @Clau776 says:

    I love your protein powder!!❤

  • @Sunflowerbunny8388 says:

This is getting annoying. Abby sold out hard

    • @Captain_Olimar says:

“You need more protein in your diet in order to feel energetic and satisfied”

These comments: damn she sold out 🗣️🗣️

  • @roxannegonzalez5223 says:

Love the protein powder one of the best tasting plant based protein powders.

  • @portiaowusu1706 says:

Abby, please write a book on how to be healthy!

  • @Creativedork32 says:

Yeah, I think with the standard American diet, people are wayyyyy more deficient with fruits and vegetables. The last thing they need is another beef patty on their burger.

The protein obsession is going to lead people to eat hyper-processed foods or meat in the name of “health.” Yet avoid an apple or banana because “blood sugar.”

    • @Empathy-and-resilience says:

I think again the “adding” and not restricting principle is a helpful tip. I have been emphasizing adding as many veggies as possible at any meal but I still need protein to be able to feel satisfied in the meal in order to not over eat. This is a short so you don’t get to see all the context to this principle, which is that balance is the most important factor in healthy living

    • @user-fc4xg5ym1t says:

Exactly, I have a very hard time believing there’s a protein deficiency in the average western diet. Vast majority of people eat fast food which has more than enough protein per meal. If anything needs to be added it would be fruits and vegetables. The supplement companies will say otherwise of course because 💵

  • @kaitlynthompson8288 says:

Get that bag girl! At least we’re still gaining helpful information, y’all getting annoyed with the 2 seconds of her including her product are weird.

    • @whointhewhat says:

      Right? Some haters

    • @cynthia1795 says:

Trolls are gonna troll. Theres definitely a nice little group of them here. Been for a long time. Some have even changed their names! Lol.. bottom line, they still contribute to clicks and views and interaction for Abbey’s channel. 👍👍

    • @user-fc4xg5ym1t says:

@@cynthia1795Nobody changed their names, more people are just finally waking up to Abbey’s bs. Her announcement video for the powder has a sea of negative comments, including from her own longtime fans. But keep on believing that it’s just a little troll group, whatever helps you cope 🤣

    • @Nunya-jw2dn says:

We’re annoyed because she built her brand off criticising the very thing she has become.

    • @whointhewhat says:

      @@Nunya-jw2dn a businesswoman?

  • @micalacady3921 says:

This idea has helped me get over a lot of fear foods. I make a cheesy potato soup but i also add either chickpeas or red lentils blended in to add extra protein. Potatos are great, but they are even more better and filling with the extra protein.

  • @nothanksmegan says:

The iron & b vitamins in beef helped me achieve a body comp better than chicken. It’s more satisfying.

  • @maryhamric says:

For all you haters…she didn’t mention her protein powder once. The facts are facts….protein intake does help.

  • @ComaLies225 says:

Adding protein to every meal has definitely helped me.

  • @avivlab says:

All your shorts seem to be overly sped up, to the point it’s sometimes hard to understand what you’re saying… No reason to do this.

  • @BOREDOM6969 says:

I just find non-restrictive diets MUCH more effective for me. I see more results in weight loss in a span of three months as compared to my restrictive diet for 6 months. Also, I don’t feel shitty nor guilty. I just keep tabs on my caloric intake (calorie counting) and make sure I don’t go pass that limit. I have more energy and I don’t feel like slapping everyone I come across with cus I have enough energy to function 😂 also, Fiber and Proteins are literally so freaking awesome! I don’t get binge eating fiascos anymore as compared to a restrictive diet and I don’t feel like an animal caged from foods. It gives me a much healthier relationship with food ♥️

  • @randomricky6382 says:

I love your vids Abbey, it’s really helped with my poor eating habits and has taught me to eat better. Thank you! 🥰

  • @mspaint93 says:

This was like the #1 reason I gained weight first going vegetarian. I was hungry, so id eat greens, wouldnt be full, and eat so many carbs. Having TVP, lentils, beans, eggs, tofu, nuts, hemp power etc meant i was actually full for hours after a meal again and didnt need to restrict

  • @sadjiraigirl says:

What about those who have PCOS? We kind of have to avoid lots of stuff unfortunately..

  • @arielavega6387 says:

I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight but my weight does fluctuate a lot and this is honestly the first actual TIP that will probably help me maintain, thank you Abbey!

  • @traceybennett8053 says:
