Coming from a woman I think he’s saying great advice!

    • @BebbaDubbs says:

Being a women doesn’t make your opinion anymore important if your opinion is still toxic. A lot of us women hold the candle for this type of behavior because we’re told it’s virtuous to have shame for your body.

You aren’t part of the solution, sadly.

    • @FriskyTendervittles says:

It’s terrible advice. She will lose muscle not to mention the mindset that is creating for her

    • @MoOveOver_plz says:

The woman in the video is a dietitian as well as a woman. Please don’t speak for all of us, gender has nothing to do with bad health advice🤦

    • @oneyhoney says:

Coming from a woman, his advice will be taken by me with a grain of salt. I prefer science and data backed approaches.

    • @joegomez5463 says:

Coming from a guy specifically short and light. It’s terrible advice.

  • @fagelsinnet says:

    Well said!

  • @cristywyndham-shaw5111 says:

Someone needs to educate that guy on hormones. Cortisol and insulin control belly fat. Cardio ain’t gonna shift it. 🫤

  • @reneenevermore2771 says:

Did I miss the name of the show? It’s got the late 90’s/early 2000’s mentality. That poor lady.

  • @cassandrag1460 says:

    What show is this?

  • @9929kingfish says:

Lol. Who is this guy. What nerve. No way he would get away with this now.

  • @SabrinaHawk says:

That women is no where near an ‘apple’ shape

    • @erinkarpinec3678 says:

Yes she is it appears like she carries most of her weight around her abdomen

    • @SabrinaHawk says:

@ that doesn’t necessarily mean apple

    • @EsiriE says:

      @@SabrinaHawkthen what is apple shape?

    • @nourkh8741 says:

      Apple shape doesn’t mean fat. I’m a size 4, but I’m still a pear.

    • @EsiriE says:

@@nourkh8741 but if you were to gain weight it would most likely cling to your mid section. For hourglass types, it’ll be their lower body and breasts etc but the waist not so much, for pear shapes their breasts and arms would be smaller then they would be bigger on the bottom. That’s how it works. Even being slim, if you’re an Apple shape you’ll notice you have more or a bigger or even boxier waistline..it’ll be on par with your hips, as opposed to going IN like an hourglass or pear shape

  • @p0ll4kr4 says:

i know the show and understand them but hell no

  • @selyemperzsa1 says:

I am an insuline resistance patient, and I have to eat 6 meals, every 3 hours with preset slow/fast carbs amount otherwise I gained 18kgs, with the diet I got my body back in 4 months. Please consult a decent endocrinologist who understands how metabolism works for those to whom it is broken!

  • @thecurseddinkleberg4086 says:

Abby you look like sunshine on a Lilly pad.

  • @klclaire1118 says:

I was reading what SEEMED like legit science (you tell me) that basically explained intermittent fasting may not boost metabolism but it does affect autophagy and increases longevity. Is that a reason to do it??

  • @hyrumkohler says:

Yeah, body-shaming doesn’t look good on anybody

  • @taylorthompson7438 says:

Please stop speeding up your shorts, I like you and would like to watch these

  • @jenndowell6446 says:

I was raised by an anorexic mother. Now i have food anxiety and diabetes r2

  • @gillyuk1013 says:

This show is called 10 years younger and they used to give people legit cosmetic surgery and ask random people on the street before and after their ‘transformation’ how old they looked. It was awful.
