      Me too! Lost 30 lbs before Covid hit. I’ve slowly gained 20lbs back. I’m 57 and 5 2’. I also do fasting…and go to gym 3-4 times a week. πŸ˜…

    My problem is controlling when to stop eating. If I had desserts in the freezer I would constantly be snacking. I know I shouldn’t and want to do better but I don’t have the will power. What to do? Any suggestions Mira?

    I started low-carb January 9. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far but the last 3 1/2 weeks I have been at a standstill like I feel like I reached a plateau I do intermittent fasting. I started at 200lbs

    I don’t understand why many electrolyte powders contain so much sodium and so little potassium. We need twice as much potassium as we need sodium. A 2/1 ratio. The average person needs 4,700 mg of potassium and 2,300 mg of sodium daily. The one in the video contains 1,000mg of sodium and 200mg of potassium. It should be the other way around. You can always consume additional sea salt if your body needs it.

    I’ve been on a journey since January . Focusing on real food and low carb. I’ve had asthma since I was 2 and used my inhaler everyday sometimes multiple times a day. Yesterday I realized I haven’t needed it in months !!!! I’m shocked doctors have never told me to try this, they just handed me more steroids and meds . Time to take my body into my own hands.

    Also thank you for all your delicious recipes, they have definitely made this transition easier.

      Hello I’m on my weight loss journey I went from 223 to 213 I’m on keto I do eat the keto breads every now and then I also drink 0 calorie drinks and for snack choices I eat the yaso bars , kind zero bars and try to drink enough water

    Great advice. I found myself gaining weight lately and had to put a stop to it. I’m very active (walk/jog 4-5 miles a day) and stopped paying attention to what I was eating. This month I’ve been doing IF again and easing into ketovore but I’m not being all-or-nothing about it. Sometimes I’ll have a potato or a sweet potato. I grow a lot of my own produce. I know where it comes from. It’s working for me. My dental health is a big motivation to clean up my eating as well. I was getting problems with my gums which I’ve never experienced before. I’d been low carb since 2010 so eating higher carb was wreaking havoc on my teeth. It was surprising to see that change alone. I’m back now though! I haven’t weighed myself for a while but I know I’ve been getting smaller and less bloated. I’m excited to see where I’m going with this.

    I’m a 57 year old woman on Keto. I found that I only have to work out 3-4 days a week. But I only do weights and resistance bands. On those workout days it’s only for , maybe, 20 minutes tops. And thia works for me . Gives me that added boost. Builds my strength mainly. I get my cardio from house work hahaha. Very light house work though all kidding aside.
