    I drink my coffee with 10 grams of raw cacao (doubles angiogenic stem cells) and 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

    I drink only 1 coffee 1,5 hours after waking up and rehydrating with lime water with celtic salt and ACV

    Chronically high Cortisol β€”> insulin β€”> inflammation β€”> cortisol. There is also the problem of nutrient absorption which coffee inhibits
