    So to summarize all the videos after watching:
    1: Forget supplement based boosters (too many cons), just don’t be Niacin deficient (Plant sources: Mushrooms, green peas, peanuts, sunflower seeds, Brown Rice, Potatoes, whole grains …).
    2: Exercise.
    3: Eat a variety of flavonoids from sources like Apples, Radicchio, Blackberries, Parsley, Chamomile tea, Green tea, Turmeric, Cocoa, Yellow onions.
