I’ve been struggling since having my daughter (she’s 5 now 🥴) to lose the weight. I’ve lost close to 20lb I believe twice and then gained back. Last year I got diagnosed with the beginning stages of hashimotos. I have begun my journey to have better health, heal my hashimotos, and lose this weight once and for all!
I have 10 pounds to lose and I am stalled can you do it without tracking on an app I just want to eat and live and be healthy. I don’t like ground turkey I am a beef girl. And no avocado hummus I am a plain Jane eater

Just got done with 14day shape up meal plan !! Loooovvee it!! Great easy recipes that really teach you how to eat lol how to put healthy meals together and being okay swaping day protein for protein or veggie to veggie making it ideal for the busy gal! But also teaching you food is FUEL and yournfrickin exhausted because you don’t have enough fuel! More fuel=more energy=sustainable weight loss!!!!!!! ❤
What scale are you guys using? I have a smart scale, but the amount that my body fat and water increases does not align with DEXA at all.
