I went from OMAD to eating 2 meals. You are so right. When I eat an apple first thing, I have the munchies all day.

I have never been one to want anything sweet for breakfast. I’ve been eating eggs or egg whites (omelet) for years and years. I don’t tire of it. It keeps me full for hours. Sweet stuff doesn’t do that for me. Thanks for sharing!
Iβm the same way! I never crave or want anything sweet-always savory. Bacon & eggs or eggs & veggies always keeps me satisfied for hours.

I’ve been on the very strict diet for the past year now ever since i came out of the hospital from a stroke I had that should’ve killed me. I was on life support for 3 whole months having hoses and tubes connected all over my body keeping me alive. Very wild story. Id love to share it with you, if your willing to hear about it. Itβs been about 3 1/2 months since I started watching your videos and about three months since I started doing keto and intermittent fasting and Iβve lost about 15 pounds so far (I started slow, Iβm diabetic & have other health issues. Iβm happy w/results).

Whenever I eat something sweeter for brunch, AKA berries and a keto pancake with sugar free syrup, for example, I never feel good about it afterwards.

I’ve been eating oatmeal and apples every day for the last year and a half and i’ve lost thirty five pounds. β€
I eat breakfast everyday. But in perimenopause you must have protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. I can have carbs but I eat complex carbs and I’m slim. I’m not low carb but having breakfast is a must for me..everyone is different.
I think itβs important to keep in mind that everyoneβs different, thereβs more than enough people thriving on fruit and oatmeal for breakfast because they donβt crave savory salty things all day long. I personally do better with eggs, avocado and a strip of bacon in the morning, yet 1 of my sons and my husband happily make it through a whole morning at school and work on a huge jar of overnight oats. Thereβs no one size fits all.
GREAT VIDEOS YESTERDAY AND TODAY I have approx 8 or so pounds to go(intermittent fastin keto low carb GF) please can you do videos on maintaining the loss…I lost 70 lbs and I have so much trouble now with eating and although I make so many of your recipes I end up just fasting when I should be eating…and Ilost muscle trying to work on that too…Congrats to your daughter for that loss..JuliannaNC
