So true 🙌 I followed all the right tips, but my results stayed flat. Then I tried Eat Like a Woman (b Loren Green), and it felt like everything just clicked. No more bloating, no more guessing — just results 💡💚 Just amazing

This explains a lot 🍳 I ate all the “fat-burning” foods and saw no change. Turns out it wasn’t what, it was how. Eat Like a Woman Protocol (Loren Green) helped me combine and time my meals properly — I lost 30 lbs in a month and never looked back 💃🌿🔥 LifeChanging

Quick question, I put just your protein and vital protein in my coffee everyday. I’ve been hearing lately that it should not be hot (breaks down protein or something)? Is this true should I always have iced coffee?
