Also the fact that she runs this much and her knees are still good, running is high impact cardio not like cycling etc… so that’s also rare to see.

  • @NewDarkKnight says:

    Damn that’s wild

  • @arcadepiano says:

there is a mistake, the title in spain says “este hombre” this man.

  • @DavidPaulNewtonScott says:

The astaxanthin is showing in your face colour is changing. I start today.

  • @Flowmada says:

I heard she didnt start running til her mid 30s. Shes a genetic anamoly in my opinion. Still seriously impressive in her mid 70s regardless. Id love to still be capable of running marathons in my 70s. People in their 70s doing gymnastics/calisthenics and running long distance are serious inspirations

  • @synsynsy says:

No, the takeaway is that is she has elite genetics.
If i tried to follow her path (years back) i would already be in a grave.

  • @newcastlemusicstudios says:

    Cardio =hypoxia=anti aging

  • @smooth_pursuit says:

Doesn’t running that much break down bone faster than it can be replaced? Good on her, but I’d be sprinting & lifting

  • @henrikmadsen2176 says:

Top cardiovascular fitness for sure !!
But is what she does, healthy ??
Too much of a good thing, is bad for us.
The longevity benefits of exercise follows a U-shaped curve (a bell curve), right ??
