Cauliflower rice in a smoothie 🤯
Yeks!!!!!!
I’m assuming you won’t taste it
I’ve tried it, you don’t taste it so I just add it in everyday now. 😊
Thank you for sharing this video. I’m a PB addict. I will try this today.
So amazing!❤
Good morning I just want to say that I LOVE your smoothies thank you so much !!! You have saved my gut problems! Keep coming up with new I enjoy them!!!
Yum!! How many carbs in this recipe?
Your little dance made watching this video worthwile! Definitely gonna try it! Thanks!
So many nutritious elements in that smoothie 😮. Thank you Autumn! 👍❤️🇨🇦
I found out about your channel when I was searching for smoothie recipe.
Thank you for everything!
I love your coconut butter vanilla smoothie top with cacao nips and roasted coconut flakes! Yummy!
Thanks, Autumn! Can you clarify something with these smoothie recipes? If going for a low carb diet (not necessarily keto) is it best-practice to use nonfat or full fat Greek yogurt? If full fat, why? Thanks again for the evidence based content, helps a lot! 🔥🧠❤️🤟🏼
Can you put the nutrition values in your recipes?
I’m glad you didn’t leave us hanging because I was going to be wondering why the blender base is in the garage😂🤣
What are your thoughts on soy milk? Good or bad?
Saw this when I finished up my workout this morning and made it. SO GOOD! I added a handful of spinach…because I always do and a tbs. of cacao nibs. I (for some strange reason) love the crunch they add to a smoothie. I also made your shepherds pie last night…VERY satisfying! Thank you for all your hard work!
Trying this after my workout!! Looks amazing! Might even add some spinach because I love sneaking salad into my smoothies ;).
I love this but I’ve used PB2..your thoughts on this?
Also like frozen strawberries instead and 1/2 TBSP cacoa powder, huge handful of baby spinach.
What about organic soya milk?
Thank you, Autumn! I will make it now! I have all the ingredients ❤Blessings!!
Yum this looks so good! Going to make it right now for breakfast. I love all of your smoothie recipes. I REALLY want to try your protein powder, but I live in Canada and can’t get it shipped here 😢
*Update – just made this and added a tsp of cacao powder. Delish!!!
My dogs do the same when I scrape the yogurt container! 😂
Dear Autumn, the trick to either Siggi’s (I’ve never tasted it, it’s not available where I live) or Greek yoghurt and peanut butter is to ALWAYS lick the spoon afterwards :).
