    My 9 year old daughter just made this and she liked it and she is a picky eater. She did say at the first that it tasted eggy, i put butter on it and she said it tasted really good and wanted another one. Me and my hubby like it too! I would say it is a good substitute for cornbread. It is more moist than a biscuit which i love!
