Waste of money. Another hype in you tube for to selling that supplement. To not believe you tubers who will sell their supplement.
I consume a 52% non homogenized grass fed organic cream. chatgpt thinks there are good levels of c15 here
“Take it with a massive grain of salt🧂😄” when it’s coming from the company itself, you need to take it with kilos of salt🧐😵
I found fatty 15 too expensive. Instead I incorporate Pecorino cheese in my diet which is natuarly high in c15 and it is a fraction of the cost
I calculated the dosage for the commercial C15 supplement and it’s equivalent to ~1tbsp of grass-fed butter (or 2tbsp regular) daily. Just add a small amount of high quality dairy to your diet instead of an expensive supplement.
I do the same, about 15gram/day of Pecorino cheese should be enough
Yep bypass hype just have dairy in diet thank u siim
I like that you didn’t include an affiliate link for c15.
I wouldn’t take it myself lol
yeah I fell for it and got no benefit
A BS marketing hyped supplement.
Thank you for not riding the hype train of this shrewd marketing campaign!
I usually do not get much benefit from any supplements, and I believe most are just not good. However, I have been taking Fatty15 for a couple of months, got my blood drawn, my liver enzymes were back into normal range and bad cholesterol went from over 200 to 160.
I think maybe it may work for some, and not for others.
Hello Siim,
To say that C15 reduces liver enzymes is misleading. Table 2 shows that the decrease in liver enzyme levels within the supplementation group alone was not statistically significant, meaning there’s no strong evidence that C15 directly caused a substantial reduction. In contrast, Table 3 reveals a statistically significant difference between the supplementation and placebo groups. However, this difference can be explained by an increase in liver enzymes in the placebo group rather than a meaningful decrease in the supplementation group. Thus, claiming that C15 reduces liver enzymes overstates its effect based on the data.
