8 days to go before Christmas!

  • @carolj.3175 says:

I eat out possibly twice per YEAR, bc it’s SO expensive. Recently I bought 8 sweet potatoes for a Christmas gathering, it was 16.00!! Ridiculous. In CO.

  • @aflac249 says:

My fav oils are coconut avocado and olive

  • @donnaj1049 says:

I’m sorry, but I have several cartons of Kettle & Fire on my shelf that need to be dumped. I found them to be horrible tasting. Big bucks wasted….make your own.

    • @ldolan1802 says:

I add spices, sometimes veggies…alone, they are not tasty, but step it up a notch and you’ll enjoy them more. I also use them in soups…cooking at home truly is th best. Thanks, Autumn for all you do!

    • @EarleMason says:

@@ldolan1802Same, I also add spices even if just sipping it I add turmeric and/or spices to add flavor.

  • @guylainelamoureux says:

Planning and cooking our meals at home gives me pretty much total control over what I put in my body. Because I am very carb sensitive, cooking at home is crucial. Having carbs makes me want to have more carbs, I have come to terms with that so controling what goes on my plate is key. Thank you Autumn for another great video 👍❤️🇨🇦

Truly of the best health & fitness channel on YT to give you healthy whole food lifestyle

Making home made meals is cheaper, better & in most cases much healthier

  • @Martin_Romanowski says:

I always love making my meals home with only going for steak dinner maybe 2 times a month

My receptionist always bugs me she would love to eat salmon daily like me. But she also spends $ on daily Starbucks
I keep telling her all those sugary drinks are more pricey than my salmon

    • @lauras4472 says:

Do people realize that Starbucks has regular coffee as well? They aren’t all sugary drinks. I love Starbucks but get regular coffee. Not much more than any other coffee shop

  • @lindag9975 says:

Thanks! For the last year and a half, I have been cooking at home from scratch with whole foods and have lost weight.

  • @sarahtuttle5640 says:

My husband will actually be angry after paying for a restaurant meal because he feels that what we make at home tastes so much better! However, sometimes I want the public eating out experience.

  • @celticlass8573 says:

When half the camp says seed oils are bad for you, and half the camp says animal-based fats for cooking are bad for you…where exactly are you supposed to turn? Where is this miracle fat that everyone can agree on?

    • @lauras4472 says:

Butter, ghee, coconut oil, olive and avocado oil

    • @emmaashburn3373 says:

Think about it this way: are fats naturally found in nature that humans have been eating our entire existence worse than fats created in a factory that sprang up a couple decades ago and coincide with obesity and heart disease levels rising in the US? I don’t really think this is a matter of opinion, it’s more a matter of whole foods versus man-made foods. It seems pretty obvious to me personally which one is healthier.

Culturally, my Latino boyfriend eats more fried foods & typically uses canola oil or vegetable oil to cook with. Any tips on how I can eat meals with him without compromising my health/weight loss? Or just balance out my meals throughout the week depending on when we eat together?

    Great video! Thank you!
