Hi Autumn! 🙂 This looks delicious!!! I have found after losing over 30 pounds at the age of 57, that saturated fat is my worst enemy. I gain weight so quickly when I eat it so nuts are a tough one for me!! I will try this for my teenagers, though! Hugs to you and your girlie!! 🙂

i add a couple of egg whites to the granola . protein plus and it gets more crunchy and more stuck together so its more of a granola from the supermarket . just without all the sugar and and all that

  • @burymebelowawillowtree9243 says:

I’d be in trouble making this granola. I’d eat it all straight out of the oven.😂

I make something very similar but once cooled add 1/3 cup each of raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds, raw unsalted sunflower seeds and 1/4 cup of raisins or dried cranberries for something chewy. Delicious!

  • @AdventuresAreOutThere says:

  • @lmo8366 says:

I have been sensitive to coconut which stinks! I look forward to continuing the gut healing process so that I can make this 🙂

  • @More_Than_Conquerors says:

Thanks, Autumn! Next time I make this I will tweak some things. Like stir in bowl before transferring to sheet pan. I like the way you prepared it. So nice to grab jar from fridge for instant topping.
