Ingredients:
-1 cup low sodium bone broth (I used Kettle & Fire Low Sodium Chicken Bone Broth)

I watched one of your videos yesterday, It kinda scared me. I was 380.6 13 months ago. I got heart problems from covid. My DR said loose weight or die. So i researched and went on hard core diet low calorie. 1000 per day for four months then upto 1200 per day. Well i lost 160lbs. I know i lost lots of muscle weight. So now im eating 2,200 calories a day and working out at gym 3 days a week. Please tell what i have to do to stay where im at because feeling good right now but scared of gaining again. Im 60years old 6’4″ tall male. your opinion would be thankful.

I have the same goal of at least 10,000 steps a day (I’m a nurse and I get my steps at work no problem) but my days off too! It really feels good and helps keep the fat low!!! Best wishes!!! It can be difficult getting 30g of protein with breakfast. My 3 eggs and some avocado aren’t enough.
On my days off from work I do a ground beef wither salad or burgers for breakfast now. I know a lot of people may not want to but I know I’m getting a boost of protein when I do it.
Add cottage cheese or some Greek yogurt will bump it up.
Try mixing in about 60g of skyr yogurt into your eggs that will add 6g of protein and make them super fluffy. Then add a oz of cheese for another 6g of protein. That will give you 30 😀

I do 3 eggs and shred parmesan cheese on top of the eggs while they’re cooking. It gives it a bit of a boost. 😋

Yes!! It is one supplement that has been studied to death! If you are 18 years or older, it is beneficial to your body.

Hi autumn! I have a question on your new protein calculator. What actually counts as a day of exercise? Is it walking or just strength training? For example 3 days a week i walk 50 min a day and do 40 min of weight/ strength training. Another 3 days a week i walk 80 min a day and do no strength training. Would i choose 3 days of exercise here or 6?
I was subsituting in a 5 th grade class the other day, and they were going over the food pyramid. It said carbs were the number one source of nutrients these children should be consuming. Of course, I corrected that and stated, “Eat ypur protein!!” 😅
