      Don’t give up!!! I have them too but they are improving slowly after doing her exercises for only the past two months ❤ i do then 4-5 times a week. I also use my dermaroller on my arms once a week, and body brush before my shower and I find that’s helping ❤

      ​@@Mandyd192My arms and shoulders have really improved in the last two years, I’ve been working with Schellea, I love her! But no matter how hard I try my bat wings won’t go away. There is muscle underneath but on top is flabby skin 😢. I’m quite thin too, but that’s how it is for me.

      @@carollund8251 sometimes I think we don’t realise how gradual it is happening. Try measuring your arms and see if they change even just a millimetre. ❤️
