    I can’t remember the last time i had any dessert foods. Maybe Thanksgiving or Christmas a cookie or 10. But after focusing on hitting my protein goals i do not crave anything really. If i do Walmart has the yogurt 20g protein cups. Very filling and taste okay.

      She should know better than that. It’s extremely hard to get wild caught FRESH salmon. I see at Aldi theirs is farm raised and their frozen salmon IS a PRODUCT OF CHINA. I have stopped buying too many of my groceries from Aldi, they have been slowly changing ingredients on their products. I emailed Aldi and got one of those β€œgeneric β€œ responses. Becoming very disappointed with added β€œBIOENGINEERED INGREDIENT” that is being added without saying what it actually is. Just like labeling with β€œNATURAL FLAVORS.”

    I like the riced veggie medley the best there. The spiral cut zucchini is like a lump of mush. I do love some frozen shrimp and fish. The delights egg’wiches are good. I love the great value breakfast sausage patties.

    Love this channel! So helpful for low-carb eating!
    You seem to understand about inflammatory oils used in breads, but, I wonder why you don’t mention that they’re in so many other foods, as well, including many of the products mentioned on this video. As i said, i love this channel & would love it even more with the addition of information about unhealthy processed foods & pesticides used on crops (i.e. clean 15 & dirty dozen).

    Wings are my favorite. Get Wild Caught It’s best and has the Omega 3’s😊 I enjoy fried rice 🍚 too, but I don’t eat it much. Pizza, πŸ• pizza. I usually get supreme pizza, or pepperoni. I love LMNT, but I’m not a fan of the chili 🌢️ flavored packets. I have yet to try Rebel ice cream 🍦 TFS Mayra

    Keto Twins microwave the riced cauliflower and then dry it out by cooking it in a hot pan with nothing added and then use it like regular rice. Love it since it’s not so soggy and it becomes much more palatable πŸ˜‹

    I love the Rebel icecream and the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that uses eggs in place of bread is really good too. The Realgood brand of food is pretty good also. I’ve tried their tacos. I didn’t know that they have breakfast sandwiches. I haven’t seen them.

    I buy the quest pizzas, and they are pretty good. I add a little extra parmesan cheese to them. They are pretty clean also. Definitely worth trying

    On those Veggies Made Great when you look at the ingredients one of them is powdered cellulose… If you Google this it’s refined wood pulp….. Another natural source of fiber
