NMN destroys my digestion system….I have removed this along with the MCT powder that doesn’t benefit much to my health, considering the thousand supplements I had to take, I have no room for breakfast.
Same here. Some brands were better than others, though. I can tolerate Prohealth longevity without problems.
What brand are you using? Donotage or Novos nmn work great with no side effects.

Mag glycinate, l-threonate, or malate are the best for oral supplements and mag chloride is best for baths/soaking

For methylation, choline is better. Tmg can have side effects.
Plain glycine is a better bet for longevity with no side effects.

Any thoughts on gingko biloba for keeping your brain up to speed memory wise? I know it’s not technically anti-aging but boy it helped me through years of migraines. Started by helping circulation to the limbs then to the brain or so the research says. I still use it. As a kid I got foot cramps ALL the time, mag glycinate helped me when I grew up. Now when I take it I get foot cramps, why do you think that is, also sometimes cramps in my calves. I have temporal lobe epilepsy & due to the migraines pre-menopause I have taken it for years. Why would it turn on me? A friend of mine says she’s allergic to fish and even DHEA supplements, is that even possible?? Thx Siim.
Teflon (and most other anti-stain, waterproof, 24h lasting compounds) can also be on clothing (tactical and outdoors stuff usually), also cosmetics. And there’s also phthalates – usually all the cheap chemical fragrances in cosmetics and hygiene products. And bisphenol A (BPA, there’s also other bisphenols like F and S) is used as can lining (drink and food), or inside lids for glass jars. All of these can have hormonal impacts.
And some of them also are forever chemicals/plastics – they have very slow rates of decomposition, can accumulate.
