I’ve tried to search everywhere why i can not tolerate Glycine, i pee a lot every time i take it and interfere with my sleep. Anyone knows the answer?

    • @hansel1611 says:

You can take glycine before bedtime instead to help you fall asleep faster

    • @andreiasofiei5309 says:

@@hansel1611 this is what im doing but i wake up during the night to visit bathroom then i can’t fall asleep. Probably some electrolytes imbalance and the body can not break down Glycine

    • @derghiarrinde says:

Try to break one big dose into smaller doses spread through the day. Glycine is naturally sweet so it’s easy to add it to anything. ChatGPT also informed me that glycine competes with taurine for absorption so I guess I would not want to take it with red meat or any meat.

    • @SiimLand says:

You could try either gelatin or collagen

    • @unjaded2 says:

keeps me awake as well , if i take it b4 bedtime. DISAPPOINTING ! i take 3 g or a level teaspoon in the morning (7am) then again at 1pm sometimes i skip the afternoon dose. just to vary my system reaction. i watched other vids that have the reasons why this happens to certain folks. i cant recall all the whys

  • @toothpaste_tm7323 says:

Hey siim, what are your thoughts on coq10 supplement for mitochondrial function? Not sure if you have made any videos about it but didnt find any, would be cool to hear your thoughts on it.

  • @willferridrums says:

what brand of astaxanthin do you use?

  • @SimRacingDream says:

have you looked at tallow apply to skin face and hands for moisturiser.I use it loves it allways use if out in sun again with moderate sun not in strong sun .I see many more are using this also ,face allways feels so hydrated and good

    • @SiimLand says:

I haven’t used but have heard about it

    • @SimRacingDream says:

@SiimLand  ok cool maybe something might get to look at in future

    • @unjaded2 says:

if you don’t ingest seed oils and or processed chemicals corps call food. you shouldn’t need/use a sunscreen. SUN is the best health “supplement” for your body. please dont try and block the sun form your skin. if you burn in the sun, check your diet and vids on why. just trying to help and yes Tallow is great natural product for cooking and moustier.

  • @Nocturnal_Lorena says:

You keep glowing up. What an inspiration! Tysm!

  • @willyouwright says:

Hey, Siim. I noticed the other day . That if I had half a mouthfuls of water while running up 120 steps for excercise, i was able to significantly improve performance and suffer much less.. what could this be caused by?. Thanks

  • @TwinMillMC says:

Well, I grew up in a middle class home

  • @odirex says:

I’m not convinced that glycine and collagen aren’t redundant. Glycine is more important and cheaper, collagen is broken down to its parts in the gut. Taurine is also cheap and relevant to skin health. It accelerates the endogenous synthesis of hyaluronic acid. I’ve taken glycine and taurine for a few months. My skin feels great. Scars and burns that are years old have faded. HA sounds best for short term treatment to reverse deep wrinkles.

    • @SiimLand says:

Glycine is the most important amino acid in collagen for sure

    • @dangallagher6176 says:

Collagen isn’t fully broken down to amino acids, some of it is absorbed as di or tripeptides, so there is a mechanistic explanation as to how it can aid the skin

  • @MO-ss5mj says:

    Doesnt Niacinamide restrict Sirtuins?

  • @MarsX69 says:

Thanks for the video. Can you do a video about the effect of collagen for hair growth?

  • @kristoferbjella9299 says:

Glycine question I currently have always just taken 3g at night…how are you spacing out your 10g throughout the day?

  • @derghiarrinde says:

This video is GOLD. Fun fact, I have niacinamide at home, it is supposed to protect mucosa in gut from NSAIDs and possibly other negative factors.

  • @Cyclone546 says:

Why isn’t MSM on this list? Studies done years ago showed that improved skin quality/reduced wrinkle depth when taken as a supplement.

  • @fancyjk766 says:

Collagen peptides and concentrate hydronic acid powder, additional aesthetic ultherapy does help to lift up the skin

  • @9s-l-s9 says:

Are you using any skin creams? What about hair/shaving products?

  • @barbarashirland9078 says:

    Excellent! Thank you!

  • @ggbrlr says:

Does Astaxanthin make you tan easily ? I live in a tropical climate and I personally don’t want to tan

  • @Timotheeee1 says:

does collagen have to be taken before getting old or can it be taken later to reverse damage?

  • @sarahmh3971 says:

I started taking glycine over a decade ago after listening to Stephanie Seneff. Her papers show that glyphosate is getting into proteins by mistake in place of glycine in place of the coding amino acid glycine. It impacts mitochondria and gut health. I began taking glycine to help over compensate for the confusion in the body. Hopefully, it helps 🙏
