Whenever I hear Curcumin, I always wonder how much Turmeric one need to take, to get a good dose of Curcumin ??
I fry my eggs in oil, to which I add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric.
    Is 1 teaspoon Turmeric a good/adequate amount ?? 🤷‍♂️

    • @AceKinG2024 says:

Turmeric powder contains around 2 to 6% curcumin. The effective dose of curcumin is between 100mg to 500mg. So u need around 1 to 2 tsp of turmeric to hit the recommended dose. To enhance its absorption u need to take with black pepper

My mother was a devoted christian yet she died of cancer when I was 7.

Yeah Jesus might work in mysterious way but I don’t think longevity is one of these ways.
