    This is just bizarre. You can argue whether or not “bulking” is a good strategy for strength and muscle building. But if you are going to bulk… this is so backwards. You probably don’t want a meal heavy in protein and fat right before a resistance training workout (though a hit of carbs before a workout is probably beneficial). But just throughout the day, as part of your diet – you NEED fat and protein to fuel the muscle building process. You need high calories. That’s the entire point of the idea of bulking. What is the point of eating like this? She’s going to spin her wheels harder than if she was trying to maingain. Absolutely ridiculous.
